Whole grain flour, from which pasta is made, retains all the constituents of the grain: the flower shell, the aleurone layer, and the germ, which are the source of vitamin E − a powerful antioxidant and B vitamins that strengthen the nervous system; also whole grain flour is a provider of unsaturated fatty acids and amino acids, which, respectively, are involved in brain and CNS nutrition and protein and hormone synthesis. Cellulose, which is also left in the flour, saturates the body with important microelements − calcium, potassium, copper, and magnesium, which also play an important role in the health of your body.

Only flour and water are used during cooking.
